Onboarding

The onboarding process of the Venue One application is pretty straightforward as it uses a password less login procedure. No wallet needed to connect or create and easily usable across Chrome, Safari and mobile. All you have to do is follow these steps.

Go to the homepage and enter your desired email after clicking the Gets Started button to sign up.

You will then receive an email on the address you entered in the previous step with the title “Log in to Venue One” guidelines for your passwordless onboarding process facilitated by Magic Link. Click on the green button to login.

After you click the log in button you are prompted to another screen.

You are now ready to go back to the previously opened tab and you’re ready to go in a few seconds. If it's your first time logging in the application this procedure may take up to a couple of minutes, since the in-app wallet is now being created.

Note: There will soon be 2FA functionality to augment the security of your account.
